what is chill?
chill is our open-door, outreach focused, ministry to middle students here at Chapel Hill. it is an opportunity for students in the gig harbor area to come and simply hang out with one another in a safe and positive environment.
chill dates for the '09-'10 school year will be:
November 13 / December 11 / January 8 / February 5 / March 5 / April 9 / May 7 / and June 4
here's how CHill works:
· CHill is a Middle School (6-8 grade) only event.
- CHill will be held from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm. All students must be picked up at or before 9:30pm in the main parking lot.
· No student will be admitted without a valid student ID or parent present when they check in to verify their grade level. (notes from parents are not an acceptable form of ID)
· All students will be required to fill out a CHill Emergency Contact Card upon arrival at CHill. Each student will be asked to fill out this card once a year so that emergency contact information can be kept up-to-date. This information includes: names of parents/adult guardians, home phone, cell phone, email address and mailing address.
· No student is permitted to walk home from CHill.
· CHill pick-up will now take place in Chapel Hill’s main parking lot. Students will be escorted by volunteers from the youth facility to the main lot to meet their parents at 9:30 pm. If you’re picking up your student up before 9:00pm you may still drive down to the youth facility.

when is chill?
chill takes place one friday night a month, typically the first friday, during the school year. CHill begins at 7.00pm and ends at 9.30pm.
